The story with beer more than 6000 years old. Historians say that beer was created after a part of a loaf of bread and water
in the state had gone through a process that is now known as fermentation. While
it cannot be verified in history the exact time this was created. it is
established with certainty when the first production of beer started. The oldest
recordings of beer are from 3500-2900 b.c. At that time beer, was mostly part of
the daily diet of the people, particularly since it was highly appreciated for
it's the taste and also for the concentration of alcohol, which shaded the
taste. A similar drink, known as "kui" was manufactured by Chinese more than
5000 years; it had similar properties of beer. In 2100 b.c., the ruler Hammuabi,
The 6th century king of Babylon, included Regulations concerning the purity and
ingredients in a tavernelor's code of laws. These rules and laws were for beer
distribution and were made so consumers were protected from the usually less
than healthy instances. He set up a set of penalties provided for merchants who
sold smaller quantities than required. After a while it was effective, it was a
method for preventing repeating offences. In time, the method of preparation was
improved, and nowadays the process is carried out with continued improvements.
The first step involves gathering grains of cereal and putting them up to dry
for obtaining malt. After malts are cooked and shucked, brewers facilitate the
fermentation process. A Norman law appeared in the 1300's and is still in effect
now here in the year 2008. It is the German purity law known as the
reinheitsgebot, which advocated the rules of the preparing fresh beer, so the
quantities needed grew significantly and the process to be observed by brewers
and all producers became universal. The first aluminum cans of beer made came on
the market in 1935. |
